At OAK Boutique, we are committed to delivering the best quality sarees to our customers. We do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges under certain conditions. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you must provide clear video proof while unboxing the parcel.
- Size Issues: If there is any size issue, you can request an exchange after returning the original product for inspection.
⚙️ Conditions for Exchange
- Unboxing Video Proof: A clear video of opening the parcel must be provided to verify damage or issues.
- Unused Condition: The product should be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Request Period: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Return Inspection: For size issues, once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange will be processed only if it’s in fresh condition.
📦 Exchange Process
- Initiate Exchange: Email us at oakboutique1011@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and the unboxing video proof.
- Exchange Approval: Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will share the return instructions.
- Return Shipping: You must send the product back to us at your own cost. We are not responsible for any damage during return shipping. Please use a trackable courier service for safety.
- Inspection & Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it meets our exchange conditions, we will process your exchange.
🔁 Exchange or Replacement
If the returned product is approved:
- You can get an exchange for the same saree or a different design of the same value.
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a replacement or store credit for future purchases.
- Your exchanged item will be shipped within 5 working days, or store credit will be issued within 24 hours after inspection.
🚫 Exceptions (Exchange Not Accepted)
- Custom-stitched or altered products.
- Wrong size selected by customer (without actual size issue).
- No unboxing video provided.
